Business Hosting Service Level Agreement (SLA) Print


As a business web hosting company we know that you are coming to us for a service that will reflect your company. We want to you to feel at ease and to do this we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our web hosting infrastructure. Should we fail to meet this level of availability the following levels of service credit are applicable.

 

Uptime ~ Service Credit
99.5% thru 99% ~ 25% monthly fee
99% thru 95% ~ 33% monthly fee
95% or lower ~ 50% monthly fee

If you feel that you have been affected by downtime please do raise a ticket to our Accounts Support queue and we will be happy to look into this. Any applicable SLA credit will be applied direct as a credit to your account, with no cash or refund payable. SLA credit tickets must be raised within 30 days of month end
