Should we fail to meet this level of availability the following levels of service credit are applicable.

|99% thru 95%||~||50% monthly fee|
|95% or lower||~||100% monthly fee|
If you feel that you have been affected by downtime please do raise a ticket to our Accounts Support queue and we will be happy to look into this. Any applicable SLA credit will be applied direct as a credit to your account, with no cash or refund payable. SLA credit tickets must be raised within 30 days of month end
