Additional Information
Important notice for .eu domain holders
You must renew your .eu domain name before it expires to avoid a quarantine status and a £75+VAT renewal fee. If you let your domain expire, you will need to pay the renewal fee and the quarantine fee to retrieve it.
Important notice for .com / .net / .org / .info / .biz domain holders
When a domain's renewal date passes without renewal, it enters a disabled state and redemption period that typically lasts between 30 and 90 days. Renewing the domain during this time will incur an extra fee. If the domain remains unrenewed 5 days after the redemption period ends, it becomes available to the public for registration once again. Please note that for .com and .net domains, any changes to contact details and nameservers are not allowed in the 7 days leading up to the renewal.
Important notice for .de / .im / .pl / .mx / .nl/ .co.nz/ .co.il / .ws / .ae / .es domain holders
Payment for these domains needs to be settled no later than 3 days before the expiry date. If your account has up-to-date payment information, the payment will be automatically processed at that time. However, if payment is received after the deadline, the domain may either be cancelled by the registry or subject to a redemption fee.
